Refund policy

Returns:

We promise to refund any unused items that you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt, provided the returned items (Products and Packaging) are unworn, undamaged and are in an entirely re-sellable condition. 
Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).

If you’ve changed your mind:
You’re entitled to return the unused product to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, it is in our terms that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items at their own cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Email hello@mylittlemonsters.co.uk to receive a returns form

2. Package your items carefully - include your completed returns form within the package and fix your return label securely to your package

3. Post your returns at your nearest post office. Please remember to ask your Post Office for a posting receipt for future reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

Please allow up to 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.
